We'll be hosting our welcome cookout over at Biltmore Hills Park from 5pm to 7pm. Enjoy food, games, prizes, and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with folks you might not have seen since last year's conference (and of course make some new connections too).
Parking is available on-site but may be limited as this is a public facility.

Parking
Included for ALL attendees!
Parking on-site is available and included at no additional charge for ALL LabMan 2024 attendees, however you must self-park in the front lots of the McKimmon Conference and Training Center (MCTC) using the designated visitor parking spaces.
LabMan is not responsible for parking tickets, fees, towing, or other mishaps.
Hotel Check-in
Check-in Available Starting at 4:00pm
Attendees who are staying overnight with one our partner hotels (Home 2 Suites by Hilton at Raleigh State Arena or the Aloft Hotel at Raleigh-Durham Airport may begin check-in promptly at 4:00pm each day, but may check with the concierge desk to see if early check-in may be available.
Please be aware that you will need to present at least one form of government identification and a credit/debit card for a hold for fees and incidental expenses.
If you are parking your vehicle in the hotel parking lot/deck/garage, please be sure to inform the hotel check-in agent at the front-desk. They may ask you to place a hang tag parking pass on your vehicle.
Conference Check-in
Attendees may begin check-in for the conference our our registration table located on the second floor outside room 2C of the McKimmon Conference and Training Center (MCTC) beginning at 8am on Thursday, May 16th, or on Friday, May 17th. Registration will likely close early on Friday.
Sessions will begin promptly according to the schedule, so please be sure to arrive as early as possible and allow for extra time to find a seat!
For our Welcome Cookout on Wednesday, May 15th, it is imperative that you arrive on-time promptly by 7:15am and register as soon as possible to ensure you have time to grab something to eat before sessions begin.
Coming later in the day? We may not have registration open any longer. Please find Hope Adams if you intend to arrive later after registration has closed for the day.

You MUST be present during raffle drawings to claim your prize! If you are not present and you do not claim your prize while being called we will start calling additional raffle ticket numbers! Don't miss out! Seriously, if you aren't there, we're going to start calling other names.
NCSU Campus Tour
Please RSVP if you'd like to attend!
On Friday, May 17th, the NCSU College of Sciences IT team will host a walking tour of their James B. Hunt Jr. library spaces and several of their own classrooms (time//weather/attendance permitting). This walking tour will begin promptly at 2:00pm through around 4:30pm.
We will begin our tour promptly so please be sure to give yourself plenty of time to drive from the hotel to a parking deck/garage, and walk to the Starbucks located in Cabell Library. We will break for lunch around 12:00pm and resume the tour around 1:30pm to discuss equipment upgrades VCU has been making to enhance/embrace hybrid learning!
A list of spaces we plan to stop at with timeframe estimates will be provided the morning of the tour along with additional information about each space we plan to visit.
