Our theme this year is focused on unlocking efficiency through the power of connectivity and collaboration. Through connectivity, we emphasize the pivotal role of relationships, be it between peers we work with every day, with the vendors and solutions providers we rely on, or our own relationships to the technologies we manage. Through collaboration, we foster sharing of insights and experiences, diverse perspectives, and access to crucial resources. Together, these elements provide a foundation for unlocking efficiency.

For already registered attendees, presenters, and sponsors, additional logistics details such as info about parking, hotel check-in, conference registration, meals & snacks, as well as prize drawings are provided on our attend page.

This page also provides additional info about the NCSU Campus Tour which will take place on Friday, May 17th, 2024 and begin promptly at 2:00pm. To RSVP for the tour, please visit the campus tour page and use the RSVP form to sign-up. Spots are limited so please don't wait to register!

Parking

Complimentary parking is included with registration for ALL conference attendees. Please park in the McKimmon Conference and Training Center (MCTC) front lots using the designated visitor parking areas.

Access

Attendees have access to all sessions including presentations, workshops, and our campus tour (space is limited, be sure to RSVP!).

Meals & Snacks

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included on Thursday, May 16th. Breakfast and lunch are provided on Friday, May 17th. To welcome attendees, we're hosting a cookout on from 5pm to 7pm on Wednesday, May 15th at the Biltmore Hills Park. Check the attend page for details.
